This is a list of people who were found either dead or alive featured on the show DISAPPEARED on INVESTIGATION DISCOVERY This is not the complete list, and I am adding them as fast as I can find confirmation. I am also adding those who have not been found, but convictions have been reached absentia. Those who have been declared dead by the courts are not on this list.

- Paige Birgfield: Found deceased in 2012, Lester Jones Arrested and Charged
- Molly Bish: Found deceased in 2000, killer unknown
- Samantha Bonnell: Hit by a car and killed in 2009. Reason for running on the highway unknown.
- Jesse Capen: Found deceased in 2013, likely killed by the elements
- Tim Carney: Found alive
- Rosemary Christensen: Found deceased in 2008, husband Robert Temple found guilty of her murder in 2011
- Kristi Cornwell: Found deceased in 2011, killer unknown
- Royal Daniel: Found alive, plead guilty to felony theft, sentenced to 12 years in prison *

- Allison Jackson Foy, Angela Rothen: Found deceased in 2008, killer unknown
- Michael "Bradyn" Fuksa: Found Deceased in 2015, Ruled Suicide
- Amber Gerweck: Found alive, suffered from amnesia
- Shannan Gilbert: Found deceased in 2011 cause of death unknown, disappearance sparked discovery of the Long-Island Serial Killer (aka Craigslist Killer)

- Chioma Gray: Found alive
- Jessica Heeringa Remains Have Not Been Found Although Heeringa's remains have not been found, a pair of male cousins: Jeff Willis and Kevin Bluhm have been charged. Bluhm pleaded guilty to lying to the police during Heeringa investigation. Jeff Willis has been charged in her disappearance on September 2016. The trial is scheduled for March 2018. On November 2, 2017, Willis was found guilty of the 2014 murder of Rebekah Sue Bletsch Sentenced to life without parole

- Brian Histand: Found Deceased in 2016, presumed from Natural Causes
- Jamison Family: Found Deceased
- Kara Kopetsky: Found Deceased August 2017
- Lynn Messer: Found Deceased November 2016
- William McGrath: Found deceased in 2011, Killer Brad Tucker convicted before discovery of body
- Michelle McMullen: Found alive, plead guilty to theft and forgery in 2011
- Tina McQuaig: Found deceased in 2002, killer unknown
- The McStay Family: Found deceased in 2013, murderer(s) Charles Merritt is charged with four counts of murder
- Randy Morgensen: Found deceased in 2001, likely killed by the elements
- Madalyn Murray O'Hair: Found deceased in 2001, murdered by in 1995 by David Roland Waters (Her Son, John Murray, and Granddaughter, Robin Murray O'Hair were found deceased)
- Colleen Orsborn: Found deceased, body recovered in 1984, remains identified in 2011. Killer unknown, likely to be Christopher Wilder
- Dana Pastori: Found deceased in 2005, murderer John Morgan convicted in 2009
- Noah Pippin: Found deceased in 2013, death ruled suicide
- Zebb Quinn: Still missing. Robert Jason Owens, the last person to see Zebb alive, has been charged with the murder of Food Network Star television contestant Cristie Schoen, her husband J.T. Codd, and their unborn child. Potentially facing the death penalty.
- Mitrice Richardson: Found deceased in 2010, cause of death unknown
- Satara Stratton: Found alive after being abducted by Paul Constantines
- Tanya Rider: Found alive, had to be rescued from being trapped in a crashed car for a week
- Amy St. Laurent: Found deceased in 2001, murderer Jeffrey Gorman sentenced in 2003 to 60 years in prison
- Patricia Viola: Found deceased in 2013 cause of death unknown *
- Michele Whitaker: Found alive
- Bob Wykel: Remains Have Not Been Recovered, Myron C. Wynn was convicted of first-degree murder in the death of Wykel and was sentenced to twenty years in prison
